The Case of the Golden Spike

The 1860’s Train and Casino Murder Event

YEEEEEHAWWWW! Who stole “The Golden Spike”? You heard right. The coveted Golden Spike scheduled to be driven into the ground on May 10, 1869 at a special ceremony uniting the Central Pacific and Union Pacific rails is missing and not only is the spike gone, but one of the “Big Four”, Mr. Timothy Twaintwessle, III, one of the original conceivers of this glorious event was found dead in his stateroom while transporting The Golden Spike to it’s final destination in Promontory, Utah. Some say the spike has made the long days journey into night all the way back east to a small farming town outside of Aberdeen, Maryland. Who could have done such a dastardly deed? The U.S. Marshall’s and our Chief Investigator Mr. Atchinson Topeaka are completely stumped and they can use any information you may have. There are several suspects to choose from. Could it be Margaret Duuckkter the widow of Percy Duckkter the late owner of the Central Pacific Railroad or was it his daughter Constance Duckkter from back east? Or maybe it could’ve been the seductive Miss Lillie Von Schtupp or Twaintwessle’s domestic servant Roundhouse Annie. We also can’t rule out the sweet, virginal Miss Dee Dee Poe, a college student traveling back east to attend a place of higher learning?

You’ll have plenty of clues and information to help sift out the dirty doer and you’ll even get to try your luck at our casino tables. With your funny money winnings you also get to buy clues to help you solve the mystery. The person who comes closest to figuring this thing out will win a prize.

U.S. Marshall’s figure out “Whodunit”.
