Peggy Sue Got Buried

Peggy Sue Got Buried

The 1950’s Prom Night Murder Mystery

Was it the horn rimmed nerd or the varsity football captain or the “virginal” class president or the wacky science teacher or the homely wall flower or the ever popular class hussy that brought Peggy Sue to her ultimate demise??? You and your guests decide whodunit in this shake, rattle and roll romp of murder, mystery and mayhem which is definitely a blast from the past. Your guests are cordially invited to attend Sky High’s Senior Prom, circa 1958. The prom committee whose theme this year is Tropical Paradise will greet them. Everyone at the Prom gets a complimentary Hawaiian lei and everybody gets a new name corresponding to the time period. Your guests will be encouraged to get up and dance and mix and mingle with the suspects. When it’s time to announce the Prom Queen of 1958, poor, sweet, Peggy Sue drinks from the prom punch and she passes out. It’s up to each guest to cast their vote for who they think the murderer is. A prize (that you provide) is awarded to the sleuth who comes closest to solving the murder and a “booby prize” is awarded to the person without a clue.

“Peggy Sue…” has performed to sold-out crowds at the Lancaster Host Resort, The Yorktowne Hotel, The Harrisburg Ramada and has been presented for many companies and associations such as Quaker Oats, Pfaltzgraff, The Young Lawyers of the Pennsylvania Bar and the PA Motor Truckers Association to name a few. Peggy Sue Got Buried is Entourage Entertainment’s signature show and is a fun and silly evening of entertainment for everyone. It works best as a dinner event and includes 6 actors outfitted in 50’s prom attire with great 50’s tunes being spun to string each scene together. So put your mittens around your kittens and away we go!

“I am writing to thank you for arranging the showing of “Peggy Sue Got Buried” for our recent Store Managers Meeting. It is difficult to plan an evening which everyone in our group will find enjoyable, but this evening was a huge success. I personally don’t remember the last time I laughed so hard. We have received all the evaluation forms back from this meeting, and every manager rated this show“Excellent”. – Bobbi J. Hughes – Event Coordinator – The Pfaltzgraff Company
